Veterinary Environmental Management Limited was established in 2001 initially to service the veterinary profession's waste management needs.

Very quickly it became apparent that the veterinary professions' activities cross over with a large variety of others professions and including such areas as:

  • pharmaceutical & animal remedies
  • manufacturing
  • chemists shops
  • educational institutes
  • research & development establishments
  • disease & infection control
  • food production
  • animal health management
  • farming

We hold a suite of licences and waste collection permits in both Northern & Southern Ireland. These permits enable us to collect bio hazardous wastes from the human and animal healthcare sector, research and/or diagnosis, as well as a wide variety of hazardous wastes and animal by-products. No job is too small for our premier service. The company's policy is to deliver practical solutions to the handling and compliant disposal of waste.

All our drivers have specialised training in the transport of hazardous wastes. Our vehicles are refrigerated to offer a "cold chain" solution to the collection, transport and disposal of difficult waste streams. From our offices all collections are coordinated and tracked and the appropriate documentation for the movement of hazardous wastes is compiled.

Peace of mind is very important. By choosing the services of Veterinary Environmental Management you ensure practical, efficient and compliant collection, treatment and disposal of your waste needs. Why not read what our customers say?
